Our Achievements in the Last 18 Months

  • Established a vibrant, diverse community of 40 members (and growing!) committed to fostering loving workplaces.

  • Established the infrastructure and processes for membership and for donations to activate the Center’s growth.

  • Conducted over 30 Community connection sessions, empowering members to lead with empathy and compassion in their work.

  • Hosted an in-person two-day conference in the Pacific Northwest of the US, attended by members from across the US and the UK.

  • Hosted “Loving Workplace Winchester” an inaugural in-person gathering to inspire leaders and change-makers to put love at the center of work and influence their local community.

  • Created engaging online public and member spaces in Mighty Networks for dialogue, resource sharing, learning, and collaboration.

  • Published insightful research articles, offering actionable guidance towards nurturing loving, fear-free workplaces.

  • Created and piloted two signature programs:

    • “Love is Equity” is a 6-part series for those wanting to create workplaces where everyone belongs

    • “Heart Activation for Leaders” is a 4-part series for leaders ready to do the inner work of a loving leader and become a catalyst for change.
